Swiss salt works: New experience brand with visit offer
Under the name «Salina Helvetica – Experience Salt,» the Swiss Saltworks are launching a new visitor program in Schweizerhalle and sharing knowledge about salt under their new experiential brand.
"Salina Helvetica - Experience the Salt": The new visitor center with salt store and café opens its doors. Families, culinary fans and all those interested in the many facets of salt can expect an experience with free "taster tours" behind the scenes of salt production. A salt hall is available for children, including a salt mountain slide. Under the experience brand "Salina Helvetica", salt knowledge is imparted and it is shown what role salt plays in our everyday lives and how it is sustainably extracted and distributed in Switzerland.
The tours on the topics of salt in everyday life, the history of salt or the importance of salt in winter maintenance have been completely redesigned. Groups and associations can book tours with aperitifs and hold their individually designed event at the Swiss Salt Works.
