Rolf Knie presents new dinner show in the historic Spiegelzelt
The historic Spiegelzelt will open its doors in September for an extraordinary dinner show. Showmaster Rolf Knie combines Michelin-starred cuisine, artistic performances, and the voice of Fabienne Louves into a spectacle for the senses.
A location with history is becoming the stage for an extraordinary entertainment format: the Spiegelzelt, which served as a dance hall in the 1920s, is being given a new lease of life in Rapperswil. From September, it will become the venue for a top-class dinner show.
Showmaster Rolf Knie, known for his artistic expertise, has put together a first-class ensemble for his new passion project. The premiere of the "Salon Spectacle" promises to be a multi-sensory experience in which culinary delights meet artistic finesse.
Visitors can expect a carefully curated program: while the Michelin-starred kitchen takes care of the physical well-being, the voice of Fabienne Louves enchants the audience. Artists complete the ensemble and provide spectacular show interludes.
The premiere will take place on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 7 pm in Rapperswil. The historic ambience of the Spiegelzelt provides the perfect backdrop for an evening that combines tradition and contemporary entertainment.
