The EventTech Deep-Dive Workshop, which will take place on February 1, will explore the secret of the success of TED(x) events and will be led by Hugo Schotman. Schotman brought the successful event series to Zurich in 2009. The engineer with a focus on digital products will pass on his extensive technological knowledge and many years of experience as a TEDx producer exclusively to the 20 or so participating event managers from companies, agencies and associations.

Schotman emphasizes how important the interplay of technology, content and format is for the success of events. The Deep Dive participants will learn how this can be designed efficiently and optimally with a focus on event technologies directly from the expert, supported by Celebrationpoint head and MICE journalist Kate Schmitt as co-moderator.

The two-part workshop focuses on current event technology tools and trends on the one hand, and on the other hand on the question: "Which event technology tools do I actually need to organize my event?".

The first EventTech Testival, a MICE business event at NEP Studios Zurich-Volketswil, will take place on February 1, 2024. Tickets are available here.
