Gen Z, uncertainty, trust

It was about Generation Z, which is characterized by authenticity and a sense of purpose and demands a change in work structures in companies, as well as other topics such as coping with recession and uncertainty, trust as a new form of brand value and internal communication as a growth driver.

As "Agency of the Year 2022", Eurocom Worldwide Chairman Robin Baker awarded the Spanish agency "Both. People & Comms.", host of the conference, for their exceptional commitment within the Eurocom Worldwide network. Agencies Cloudberry from Sweden, Lbdi from Italy and EMG Asiacom (China) were honored for ten years of partnership and their contribution to the network.
