The new in-depth course on event law from Eventfacts
Legal standards and trends in event management are constantly changing, which means that there are always changes in the liability and legal situation when organizing events. Even experienced event managers often do not know in which cases problems and risks arise. The aim of the in-depth course is to give event professionals an overview of the current Swiss legal situation and to teach them how to minimize risks through appropriate planning and how to act correctly in legally difficult situations. At the end of the evening seminar, participants can ask questions about their own events and, as a consultant to various companies in the event sector, the lawyer Rolf Metz knows where the legal stumbling blocks lie, which permits are required and which liability issues should be considered in advance. The aim of the seminar is for participants to know what legal points they need to be aware of and what they are liable for as event organizers under Swiss law. This evening seminar is aimed at experienced event managers from SMEs, clubs and associations who would like to learn more about the current Swiss legal situation. The speaker will be the lawyer Rolf Metz. He is a proven expert who also works as a consultant for the industry association "Event Management Circle" and as a university lecturer. The new in-depth course on event law will take place on November 1, 2016 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the seminar rooms of Kaufleuten Zurich.
