360° Entertainment Congress: Industry meeting in Andermatt
On March 25 and 26, 2025, the event and entertainment industry will be discussing major events, sponsorship and new venue concepts in Andermatt. There will also be an exclusive look behind the scenes of the ESC.
Around 450 experts and 60 speakers will come together in Andermatt at the end of March to as part of the congress to highlight current developments in the entertainment business. The focus will be on safety, addressing target groups and multifunctional venues. National Council President Maja Riniker opens the congress.
A look behind the scenes of the ESC
A special highlight of the programme will be an insight into the organization of the Eurovision Song Contest 2025. Dr. Frank-Dieter Freiling, former Chairman of the ESC Supervisory Board, and Reto Peritz, Co-Executive Producer, will report on the challenges and opportunities of the mega-event in Basel.
Studies and new strategies
Dr. Claude Meier from the HWZ Zurich will also present findings on the economic significance of events. Frederik Landwehr from Edge Entertainment Digital and Michael Gubelmann from Art on Ice will shed light on strategies for reaching Generation Z in a digital world and building long-term customer relationships.
Innovative venues and sponsorship models
The focus will also be on innovative event venues. The SAP Garden, a digitally playable arena in Munich, and the Co-op Live Arena in Manchester with 23,500 seats will be presented. Other forums will focus on sponsorship topics. Subway, for example, will be presenting new approaches that combine sponsorship models with emotional customer loyalty. And Migros will show how its national "Merci Tour" accompanies the company's 100th anniversary.
Networking and exchange
In addition to specialist presentations, the congress offers numerous networking opportunities. For example, participants can end the day in a relaxed atmosphere with musical entertainment at the "Sunrise Starzone Event Night" on the first evening of the congress.
