Zattoo FAST Channel: Zeno True Crime Launches in Switzerland
Zattoo is launching its first in-house FAST channel, Zeno True Crime—exclusively for Switzerland. The new channel airs around the clock and marks the debut of a new in-house brand called Zeno.

Real-life crime cases, sensational investigations, and stories that get under your skin: With Zeno True Crime, Zattoo has launched its first-ever Zattoo FAST channel and is now handling the programming itself. The channel is available exclusively in Switzerland and airs selected true-crime series, documentaries, and specials around the clock. According to the company, the decision to launch with true crime is no coincidence: the genre is currently enjoying great popularity in the streaming market and is also in high demand among Zattoo users.
Zeno True Crime’s programming ranges from series and documentaries to longer true-crime specials and features content from internationally renowned production companies. The content focuses, among other things, on the investigation of particularly sensational criminal cases as well as the patterns and rituals of serial killers. Viewers won’t have to look far: The channel offers a curated selection around the clock and invites viewers to dive right into the next case.
Zeno as Zattoo's new in-house brand
With the launch of Zeno True Crime, Zattoo is also introducing a new in-house brand. Under the name Zeno, the company plans to bundle thematically focused channels and curate their programming itself. True Crime is the first in this series; according to the company, additional thematic channels could follow.
Zeno will also have its own distinct visual identity. According to the press release, the logo draws on the idea of a flowing stream and symbolizes the continuous flow of content during streaming.
«With Zeno, we’re expanding our programming options and adding more variety to our FAST lineup. It makes sense that we’re starting with true crime: The genre is not only in high demand among our users but is also particularly well-suited for a streaming service available around the clock,» says Jan Kröling, VP of Content at Zattoo.
