Kabel 1 advertising window switches to Cinecom
The partnership with IP Multimedia is ending after seven years.
The Swiss advertising window of Kabel 1
will be marketed by Cinecom from 2006. The advertising marketer and
SevenOne Media, a subsidiary of the German
ProSiebenSat.1 Group and operator of the Swiss advertising window on
ProSieben and Kabel 1, agreed on a corresponding,
multi-year contract. After seven years, Kabel 1 is thus parting ways with
its previous marketer IP Multimedia. The two
Companies cite various reasons for the separation.
According to its press release, IP Multimedia will refrain from
lack of
Prospects for the future marketing of the station on a further
cooperation, and the company also wants to focus more on the
"advertising-relevant" channels. A slightly different comment

"With Cinecom, we have chosen a well-known and proven partner who
