This corresponds to a market share of 44.2 percent, as Schweizer Fernsehen writes in a statement. On average, 557,000 people watched the live broadcast, for a market share of 38.2 percent.
In the semi-final match against the Czech Republic, up to 568,000 viewers tuned in to SF zwei, for a market share of 51.9 percent. The average viewing audience was 472,000, with a market share of 30.9 percent. All figures refer to people (three years and older) in German-speaking Switzerland.
