Tilllate.com expands editorial team
The nightlife portal Tilllate.com is expanding its editorial staff. Over the past few weeks, four new employees have joined the still-young team led by Editor-in-Chief David Cappellini.
32-year-old Maja Zivadinovic moved from the entertainment department of the Blick Group to Tilllate.com, 20-year-old Julian Riegel most recently worked for MTV, 21-year-old Nives Arrigoni comes from Usgang.ch and 22-year-old Alpcan Özkul will now also write for Tilllate.com in addition to his work for the nightlife blog Handzhup. Anne-Sophie Keller and Julian Fricker have also been working for the nightlife portal since the beginning of the year.
Connection to 20 Minuten online
The best Tilllate.com stories will be picked up by 20 Minuten Online and linked directly to the Nightlife portal, the press release continues. This interlinking and the new journalistic focus are already leading to a jump in traffic: In August and September, the reach grew by more than 20 percent compared to the previous year. The link between Tilllate.com and the 20 Minuten media network is also already evident on the advertising market: the sales team has developed combination products for both the nightlife sector and traditional advertising customers that are unique on the market.
