SwissMediaForum with new double moderation
For the first time, the SwissMediaForum will have co-hosts: Eveline Kobler and Benjamin Fisch will host the conference on May 7 and 8, 2026, at the KKL Lucerne. They are taking over from Maria Victoria Haas, who stepped down at her own request after six years.
The SwissMediaForum is relying on a new moderator: Eveline Kobler and Benjamin Fisch will lead through the congress at the KKL Lucerne as a duo for the first time on May 7 and 8, 2026. The previous moderator, Maria Victoria Haas, has handed over the moderation at her own request after six successful years.
With Eveline Kobler and Benjamin Fisch, the event will have a duo with journalistic experience and proven moderation skills. Kobler presents the business program "Eco Talk" on SRF. She has many years of experience in business journalism, particularly at SRF Radio, where she was head of the business desk and presenter of the "Samstagsrundschau". After a period as Head of Communications at the Swiss Life Group, she returned to journalism in the fall of 2025. Kobler studied political science at the University of St. Gallen.
Benjamin Fisch is a presenter and video journalist at "Blick". Among other things, he leads political talk shows such as the Elephant Round on voting Sundays and various special programs. He began his journalistic career at Radio Top. In addition to his work at "Blick", he also works as an event presenter. Fisch studied sports science and business administration at the University of Bern.
Welcome dramaturgical innovation

The SwissMediaForum, founded in 2011, is the annual meeting for media, communication, business and politics. The next edition will be opened by President of the Swiss Confederation Guy Parmelin. In addition to personalities from the Swiss media world, WEF founder Klaus Schwab, Migros CEO Mario Irminger, Swisscom CEO Christoph Aeschlimann and Swiss Post CEO Pascal Grieder will also be appearing.
