Viewpoints from Southeastern Switzerland
In the SRF program "Südostschweiz Standpunkte", readers, listeners and viewers of the Südostschweiz media family determine the topic of the monthly program.

The program "Südostschweiz Standpunkte" premieres on Sunday, September 18, on SRF1. It is presented alternately by various experienced journalists from Zeitung Südostschweiz, Radio Südostschweiz and TV Südostschweiz. Together with two guests, the presenters delve into a topic for around 50 minutes.
The choice of topic is up to the visitors of the news portal suedostschweiz.ch. Based on an evaluation of the most clicked online articles, radio and TV reports, the topic for the broadcast is determined in each case. Comparable to the traditional regulars' table, those topics are selected that attract the greatest public interest.
Mountains - fatal fascination
After various fatal mountain accidents in recent weeks, the theme of the first program is: Mountains - fatal fascination. Hikers, snow sports enthusiasts, mountaineers: several million people are drawn to the Swiss mountains every year. With fatal consequences. Südostschweiz journalist Pesche Lebrument talks to Romano Pajarola, long-time head of piste and rescue at Parsenn, and Monique Walter from the Swiss Council for Accident Prevention.
"Südostschweiz Standpunkte" is part of a discussion series by Presse TV, which produces, among others, the Standpunkte programs of the NZZ, Basler Zeitung and Bilanz.
