Swiss Landliebe: New Co-Editorial Director
Christine Zwygart is returning to Ringier and will become the new co-editor-in-chief of the magazine *Schweizer Landliebe*. She will lead the team alongside Art Director André Frensch.
After three years in corporate communications at the Swiss Paraplegic Foundation, 39-year-old Christine Zwygart returned to Ringier in February and took over as co-editor of Schweizer Landliebe magazine on April 1, 2013. Together with Art Director André Frensch, she leads the five-person core team of the successful country publication. Frensch has been on the team since its launch in April 2011 and was instrumental in the development of Schweizer Landliebe.
From 2000 to 2009, Christine Zwygart worked for Ringier as, among other things, Head of the Federal House and Deputy Head of News at Schweizer Illustrierte. "Christine Zwygart is an outstanding journalist, a magazine professional and a confident team leader. Together with art director André Frensch and the editorial team, she will continue to write the Landliebe success story," writes Urs Heller, Head of Ringier Magazines and Deputy CEO Publishing at Ringier in a statement.
The previous co-editor Ingrid Schindler, who played a major role in the magazine's initial success, is concentrating entirely on writing at her own request. She is now acting as chief reporter and is responsible for two of the most important topics: Kitchen and Garden.
