Schuhmacher takes a leave of absence from the Vogt-Schild Board of Directors

Fritz Schuhmacher has established himself as
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vogt-Schild Holding until further notice
have been released from his duties. As the news agency SDA reported in a press release
the holding company, Schuhmacher justified the application with the
Additional burden due to the investigations against the trust company Itag.
Itag and its delegate to the Board of Directors, Mr. Schuhmacher, will be
accused of property offenses. The presidential business of Vogt-Schild,
the publisher of the Solothurner Zeitung, are meanwhile being
Board Vice Chairman Beat Lorétan. A new member of the BoD
Extraordinary General Meeting on September 20 Peter Wanner,
Publisher of the Aargauer Zeitung. According to the press release, the takeover
of PubliGroupe's participation in Vogt-Schild by AZ Medien
Group has been taken into account.
