Sarah Serafini becomes editorial head of current affairs at the Beobachter
On November 1, 2022, Sarah Serafini will take on her new role as editor-in-chief of current affairs at *Der Beobachter*.
Previously, 35-year-old Sarah Serafini worked for the news portal Watson and has spent the last five years as a reporter writing articles on politics, society and business. The 35-year-old graduated in journalism at the MAZ.
"Sarah Serafini knows digital journalism, can do long and short distance, writes fast, to the point and is never loud. With her focus on socio-critical and socio-political topics and as a curious, enthusiastic and inspiring person, she is a very good fit for the Observer," notes Observer Editor-in-Chief Dominique Strebel.
