Roman Zeller becomes Head of Digital and member of the Weltwoche editorial team
Die Weltwoche is expanding its leadership team. Roman Zeller, 29, is taking on the role of Head of Digital and joining the editorial board effective immediately. In this role, he is responsible for Die Weltwoche’s redesigned and successfully launched website.

There, within a short time, he built up the German online branch and was able to recruit some of the country's best journalists as authors for the Weltwoche win
"Roman Zeller is one of the great talents of our industry," says Weltwoche-publisher Roger Köppel. "He is curious, fearless, resilient, a good writer and imaginative, versatile editor who has the courage to take countermeasures, and the World Wednesdays-Credo 'independent, critical, good-humored' exemplified."
Zeller comes from a Swiss dynasty of journalists. His grandfather Willy Zeller was head of economics at the NZZ, his father René Zeller its deputy editor-in-chief, later head of the Federal House of Weltwoche. Roman Zeller grew up in the cantons of Zurich and Bern and studied law in Zurich, Brisbane and Beijing.
