Ringier extends contract for CAAC Inflight Magazine
Ringier successfully extended the production contract for the Civil Aviation Administration of China’s (CAAC) Chinese inflight magazine—which was set to expire at the end of the year—for an additional ten years, through the end of December 2024.
The monthly magazine has a circulation of 350,000 and a readership of 27 million. Inflight Magazine was first published in 1982, and Asia Inflight Limited has been the official partner of the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) since 1994. In 2003, Asia Inflight Limited was wholly acquired by Ringier.
CAAC Inflight Magazine is the in-flight magazine of all major Chinese airlines (Air China, China Southern, China Eastern and four other smaller airlines). The content of the monthly magazine focuses on fashion, lifestyle, travel, business, culture and innovations in Chinese aviation.
