Ringier creates a Diversity & Inclusion Board
Ringier is establishing a new Diversity & Inclusion Board. Three of the six members of the Group Executive Board will serve on it.
Ringier's Group Executive Board has set up a well-established committee within the company to drive forward the topics of diversity and inclusion within the Ringier Group - this in close coordination with the EqualVoice initiative launched in November 2019.
The Diversity & Inclusion Board is made up of the three Executive Board members Annabella Bassler, Ladina Heimgartner, Alexander Theobald as well as Susanne Jud (Group HR), Axel Konjack (International Marketplaces), Christian Dorer (Blick Group) and Patricia Franzoni (HR Ringier Axel Springer Switzerland).
The Diversity & Inclusion Board's main task is to set Diversity & Inclusion priorities in the company, measure progress and report on them regularly. This is done with the declared aim of firmly anchoring diversity & inclusion as part of the corporate culture and everyday life at Ringier.
