Ringier Media Switzerland: New management for audio and video formats team
In the area of digital video formats and podcasts, Ringier Medien Schweiz (RMS) is creating a new joint unit for audiovisual production. Christoph Büeler will head the new team, and Sereina Tanner will serve as his deputy.
The new team will not only produce 360-degree formats such as "Achtung, Reto, los!", "Sichtbar", "SI.Talk" and "upbeat", but also editorial content for various RMS titles and currently around 15 podcasts. Christoph Büeler was previously responsible for video and audio productions at Ringier Axel Springer Schweiz AG. Under his leadership, formats such as "TELEzappin", "upbeat - the Handelszeitung start-up series", "NahTALK with Gülsha" and the podcast series "Der Fall" from the Observer. Büeler studied sociology, was a start-up founder, developer and journalist before devoting himself entirely to video and audio 15 years ago.
Sereina Tanner previously worked as project manager for video and audio formats at Blick. She studied journalism at the ZHAW and worked for ten years as an editor, reporter and day manager at various private radio stations. At the start of Blick TV at the beginning of 2020, Tanner switched to Switzerland's first digital TV and was responsible for the daily news and focus programs as daily manager/producer until autumn 2023.
