Radio 24 brings Birgit Orgler into the team
Starting in mid-March 2012, Birgit Orgler will join the editorial and on-air team at Radio 24 as day manager and morning news editor. She will also be responsible for quality management.
The 44-year-old journalist can look back on over 20 years of radio experience, as the private broadcaster writes in a press release on Tuesday. After joining Radio Wil, she worked at Radio Argovia for 14 years. Most recently, she spent three years behind the microphone at Radio 1. In addition to her journalistic work, Orgler also works as a lecturer at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Winterthur. "I'm looking forward to working at Radio 24, especially the quality control. That suits me very well - I'm fussy," says Birgit Orgler about her new tasks.
