NZZ establishes new marketing company Audienzz
NZZ Media Solutions, the advertising sales organization of the NZZ Media Group, establishes Audienzz, a new company for digital advertising sales.
It thus intends to further expand its market position in the premium segment with additional digital services. Audienzz is taking over the activities of NZZ Netz, which markets several news and business sites in addition to the digital offerings of the NZZ Media Group, according to a statement. In addition to its existing offering, audienzz will provide its clients with automated advertising bought through programmatic systems on domestic and foreign websites. The focus here is on the premium and B2B sectors.
Karin Carpentier, CEO of NZZ Media Solutions: "With independent digital marketing, we are choosing an organizational form that can react quickly to technical changes and is open to cooperations and participations." Audienzz's offering fills a gap in the market. "Demand for programmatic advertising delivery is growing rapidly. However, current offerings often lack trust, quality and transparency. This is exactly what we offer with Audienzz," says Remo Baumeler, CEO of Audienzz.
Since the acquisition of Adquality in 2014, the NZZ Media Group has had its own data management platform and is thus in a position to make efficient use of the scaling possibilities of programmatic advertising buying. audienzz has exclusive profile data from the premium and B2B segments, which the new marketing organization can use for its targeting offers. The operational launch of audienzz is planned for April 1, 2016.
