AZ Medien news portals in a new look

In addition, anonymous commenting will no longer be possible. The design of the news sites has been adapted in font and colors and moved closer to the appearance of the newspaper, the media company announced.

The revised offering looks more modern and tidier. The editorial team wants to invest in digital forms of storytelling in the future. With the renewed reader comment function, the media company wants to promote a constructive discussion culture. Anonymous comments will no longer be allowed, according to the media release. Each commenter would have to register via the newspaper's login or with a social media account. The "my community" offer now also includes the local sports section. Under "My sports club," readers who are involved in a club can post their own contributions, such as match reports, directly on the website. The AZ Nordwestschweiz websites include the following Aargauerzeitung.ch, Solothurnerzeitung.ch, Basellandschaftlichezeitung.ch and Oltnertagblatt.ch. (SDA)
