New face at Tele Bielingue

Michaël Vuilleumier, a student from Corgémont, will be joining the French-language presentation team at Tele Bielingue on April 26. He complements the francophone info team and will regularly present the half-hour program in future.

Vuilleumier already works as a freelancer at Tele Bielingue and recently completed his one-hundred-day internship as a video journalist at the regional broadcaster. As a new presenter, he is expanding his field of activity at the station.

Michaël Vuilleumier is a first-year student of media and communication sciences and geography at the University of Neuchâtel. The extended commitment at Tele Bielingue enables him to build up a foothold in the world of work alongside his studies.

New face at Tele Bielingue

Since early October, Vera Jordi has been a regular presence on Tele Bielingue.

The student from Biel complements the existing German-speaking moderation team, as the station writes in a statement on Friday. Tele Bielingue started broadcasting in 1999. Daily produced and broadcast news with sports, the strong reference to the region as well as other self-produced programs such as "Gesundheitstipp", "Portefeuille", "TelAuto", "Immobiel", "Herzschlag" or "Nachgefragt" make Tele Bielingue the strongest regional TV station for Biel and the Seeland, according to its own information. All programs are produced in German and French.

The main shareholders are the two Biel-based companies Büro Cortesi and W. Gassmann. Around 50 employees from the editorial, technical, marketing/sales and administrative departments work for Tele Bielingue from the Communication Center Biel.
