New video column: Simone Bargetze reports from Hollywood for Blue News
Former Hollywood stuntwoman Simone Bargetze is launching her own video column for Blue News in early March. In «L.A. Calling: Simone’s Hollywood Stories,» she offers insights into life in Los Angeles and meets with celebrities along the way. The segments will air online and as a “Best of” magazine show on the free-to-air TV channel Blue Zoom.
In the 2010s, Bargetze worked as a stuntwoman in around 40 film productions, including "Avatar", "Transformers" and "Iron Man". Now she reports directly from Hollywood for Blue News and takes the audience on forays through the city. She meets familiar faces, visits film industry locations and shows life in the Californian metropolis. "I want to tell readers inspiring stories from the dream factory and pass on the vibrant energy of the people here," she says.
For Blue News, the new column means an expansion of the entertainment offering. "With Simone Bargetze, we are even closer to the stars and show Hollywood from a personal perspective," says Claudia Lässer, CEO of Entertainment Programm.
