mm&b-Media: Fifth Media Award
With the fifth edition of the Media Awards, the two Glattbrugg-based media agencies, m&m and mm&b, are celebrating a small milestone. For the past five years, all presentations have been evaluated by employees of both agencies and the feedback has been shared with the presenters.
Last year, 60 presentations took place, with over 140 people presenting. The 10 best presenters have now been invited to the official award ceremony in Glattbrugg this week. The Managing Director of mm&b, Ueli Christen, presided over the award ceremony.
Gold for the best presentation in 2009 went to Belcom, Radio 24 and Tele Züri, represented by Raffael Leu. The presentation was particularly convincing thanks to the speakers, as mm&b-Media writes in a press release. Silver went to Media Focus, represented by Jens Windel. Bronze went to Axel Springer Switzerland, represented by Christian Grass. Axel Springer gave a presentation on the relaunch of the Beobachter.
In the anniversary year, two special prizes were awarded, one to Thomas Estermann from Tamedia, who has been in the top ten four times in five years, and the other to Jano Berni from Ringier, who was in the top ten three times this year.
The 6th award is already in full swing.
