Roger Mazenauer takes over local sales at Weischer.Cinema Switzerland
Roger Mazenauer, an experienced sales specialist, has been leading the regional cinema advertising business at Weischer.Cinema Switzerland as Team Leader for Local Sales D-CH since July 2025. The 52-year-old native of Eastern Switzerland brings extensive industry experience and in-depth marketing expertise to the role.
Weischer.Cinema Switzerland is expanding its leadership team in the Local Sales division. Effective July 1, 2025, Roger Mazenauer has assumed the role of Team Leader for Local Sales D-CH, overseeing regional sales at the leading cinema advertising agency.
The 52-year-old from Eastern Switzerland has many years of industry experience: Most recently, he worked at Swiss Regiomedia AG as Profit Center Manager for Eastern Switzerland and Head of the St. Gallen Region. Prior to that, he held the position of Regional Manager for Eastern Switzerland at Publicitas. Mazenauer is considered a proven expert in the regional advertising market and brings extensive expertise in marketing and client management to the role.
In his new role, Roger Mazenauer is responsible for leading local sales, with a focus on Eastern Switzerland, the City of Zurich, Central Switzerland, Aarau/Olten, the Basel area, Bern, and Ticino. In addition, he will drive the development of new commercial products within the marketing organization and, together with his team, further expand market development and the marketing of cinema operators’ advertising inventory.
