Martin Kall new member of the Board of Directors at Schweizer Bauer

Martin Kall has been Chairman of the Management Board of Tamedia since April 2002. In future, the two committees will be made up of Simon Bichsel, Chairman of OGG, as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Hans-Martin Kaiser, Managing Director of OGG, and Martin Kall as Delegate, according to Schweizer Bauer. OGG acquired the company in full at the end of 2012 (Werbewoche.ch reported).
