Hawa Slide magazine focuses on change
The Slide magazine from Hawa Sliding Solutions has been completely redesigned. It offers space for stories about architecture and design. Source developed the concept and Open Up was responsible for the editorial implementation.
The magazine Slide is aimed at the target group of architects and designers. It has a print run of 21,500 copies in German, French and English and is distributed globally. The implementation includes an integrated online campaign with extended multimedia content.
The publication of the global market and technology leader for sliding solutions in construction, building and furniture is intended to touch emotionally, stimulate thinking and provide valuable technical impulses.
High quality design and content
The magazine relies on an appealing mix of photography, illustration and infographics. The design language establishes a direct link to the brand and associations with the products.
The first issue of the newly conceived Slide is themed around change and the premise that it has a positive force. In her lead essay, futurist Oona Horx-Strathern takes a look at what the home and office of the future could look like. The magazine also focuses on the development of ideas at Hawa Sliding Solutions, circle building, how seniors will live in the future, and the character of the Dallas Design District.
