From media language to the AI revolution

Freelance journalist Natalia Widla will place a special focus on the power of words in reporting on violence against women with her keynote speech. As co-author of "Niemals aus Liebe: Männergewalt an Frauen", she will show how media language shapes society's perception of femicide.

Another highlight promises to be the discussion between communications expert Ivana Leiseder and Andreas Hugi, head of the Furrerhugi agency, about the tension between PR and journalism. This exchange of blows will be moderated by Edith Hollenstein from the Tages-Anzeiger.
