Futurecom: A maid for the meeting
From September 2011, the procedure for ordering drinks at meetings will be simpler - with the Meeting Maid app developed by Futurecom.
A meeting participant pulls out their smartphone, opens the app and quickly records all the drinks and snack requests. Once the list is complete, the person responsible receives an email with all the requests. A short time later, everything is served. And the meeting can continue seamlessly.
The Meeting Maid application is available free of charge in the App Store and runs on iPhone, iPad, iPod touch (iOS 4 or higher), Windows 7 Phone and Android. Meeting rooms, order lists and recipients can be freely configured and tailored precisely to the needs of each company.
