Faces: delighted with sales figures in Germany
Faces has ventured into the German market with its own edition. A good half a year after its launch, the first official sales figures show that, with 51,280 copies sold per issue, the magazine is well received by readers in Germany.
"With our first IVW-checked circulation, we have achieved our interim goal and successfully launched Faces on the German market. The positive trend within the quarter also shows us that we will soon be able to reach our next target of 80 - 100,000 copies sold," explains publisher Stefan Berger in a press release. Together with his brother, he founded Faces in Switzerland over eleven years ago. The magazine has also been available in Germany since March 2012.
"We have also broken new ground in sales and launched cooperations with trendy fashion stores throughout Germany. This allows us to reach our target group perfectly and our advertising customers are delighted. Not least thanks to such innovative partnerships, we have been able to increase our subscription circulation to over 15,000 copies," explains Berger.
Since September, the magazine with the most Facebook likes in Switzerland has also been available in pocket format (Werbewoche.ch reported).
