Ecolife: On the road with a fresh breeze
In its third year of publication, the Swiss magazine for sustainability Ecolife has some new features.
The magazine, which is published every two months in German-speaking Switzerland with a circulation of 80,000 copies, will be even edgier editorially without losing any of its lifestyle character, according to a press release.
The cover story is now always about a personality who is committed to a sustainable lifestyle with exciting ideas or projects. Zurich-based people photographer Geri Krischker puts these people in the right light. He has been enlisted for the 2011 cover series. The series kicks off with Frank M. Rinderknecht, who is constantly reinventing mobility with his company Rinspeed.
Ecolife has also been operating an online portal for some time now. At Eco-life.ch the contents are clearly accessible. An eNewsletter provides regular information about new topics on the website. With a pool of around 7,500 eNewsletter subscriptions and rapidly increasing usage figures on the online portal, Ecolife offers an attractive advertising platform with the print/online combination, it continues.
