The Western Swiss crowdfunding media site «Bon pour la tête» is doing well
A year ago, the self-proclaimed "unruly medium" "Bon pour la tête" reserved its web address Bonpourlatete.com. The site went online on June 21, 2017 and, according to one of the co-founders, the project has been developing well ever since.

"We are registering more and more subscriptions," co-founder Florence Perret told the news agency SDA on Friday. The French-speaking Swiss media site is registering new inquiries almost daily.
However, she does not want to disclose any figures before the Annual General Meeting, which will take place in spring. However, one million pages have been accessed since the launch, Perret specified.
More than 60 journalists - not all of them regular contributors, but one full-time intern - write for the online portal. In June, there were still 30. Around 800 articles and columns have been written, as well as dozens of videos and photos.
Financed through crowdfunding
"We are delighted to have new faces among us," said Perret, pointing out that everyone was paid from the outset. Apart from a few volunteers, they are mainly experienced journalists.
The project took shape thanks to a crowdfunding campaign in May. By the time the website was launched, 234,000 francs had been raised. The crowdfunding ended with the launch of the website. Subscriptions are the only source of income. There is no advertising or patrons. (SDA)
