"The Bachelorette" lures young women in front of the screens in droves
The new "Bachelorette," Eli, is also drawing in TV audiences. On average, a full 56.9 percent of young female viewers tuned in on Monday night to watch the woman of their dreams search for true love on TV.

This means that the market share of young women who watched "The Bachelorette" was almost as high as that of men who watched the final of the last soccer World Cup between Germany and Argentina (61.1 percent), compared 3+ in a press release.
With the fourth episode of the successful format, the Swiss private channel 3+ was the market leader in all relevant target groups and, with a market share of 16.8 percent, well ahead of SRF1 (10.2 percent) and SRF zwei (7.8 percent).
Next Monday, May 22, Eli will receive support from 3+ in the battle for her dream man and dream ratings: last year's Bachelor Janosch Nietlispach has made his way to Thailand. He is helping the current "Bachelorette" to find out which of the candidates could be the right one for her. (pd/hae)
