CH Media restructures 45-person central editorial team - five jobs cut
CH Media, the joint venture between AZ Medien and the NZZ regional media, has determined the composition of the 45-strong central editorial team. Around two-thirds of the journalists come from AZ Medien.

The merger of the national editorial teams of St. Galler Tagblatt, Lucerne Newspaper and Aargauer newspaper led to five dismissals, according to CH Media on Wednesday. The affected employees have been informed accordingly. A social plan will be applied.
CH Media is pulling together journalists who deal with national and international content into a central newsroom in Aarau for the summer. CH Media's newspapers and online portals will then be supplied with news, background information, analyses and commentary from a central newsroom.
The editor-in-chief of the central editorial office is Patrik Müller. The deputy editors-in-chief will be the two current heads of the Lucerne Newspaper and the Aargauer newspaper, Roman Schenkel and Raffael Schuppisser.
Anna Wanner and Doris Kleck will remain in charge of the Federal Parliament editorial office in Bern. Andreas Möckli is the new head of the business section. Katja Fischer de Santi and Sabine Kuster will jointly take over the team management of the Society/Life/Science section, Stephan Künzli that of Culture.
Etienne Wuillemin heads the central sports department, Samuel Schumacher becomes head of the foreign department. (SDA)
