CH Media launches talk format "Widmerei" with Dominik Widmer
CH Media is launching a new weekly talk show called «Widmerei» on August 24. Host Dominik Widmer leads personal conversations with Swiss personalities. The show will be available as a podcast and will air on six CH Media radio stations.
On Sunday, August 24, CH Media is expanding its media offering with a new talk format. The "Widmerei" with host Dominik Widmer promises in-depth discussions with personalities from Switzerland who have something to say. The format is available weekly as a podcast on all major platforms and is also broadcast on six CH Media radio stations.
The radio show "Widmerei - Sunntigmorge mit Gäscht" is broadcast every Sunday from 09.00 to 11.00 on Radio Argovia, Radio Bern1, Radio FM1, Radio Pilatus, Radio 24 and Radio 32. In the first edition, Dominik Widmer welcomes the presenter, singer and actress Sandra Studer.
"The 'Widmerei' is not about quick statements, but about real conversations - for mutual understanding and deeper insights into socially relevant topics," explains host Dominik Widmer. The format is aimed at a broad audience and creates a bridge between the various CH media platforms. Topics and personalities from the news portals and "Schweiz am Wochenende" can also be experienced as radio portraits through "Widmerei".
The host of the new format has many years of experience: Dominik Widmer has hosted the morning show on Radio 24 for over ten years, leads podcasts and stage talks and is active as an actor. He is also head of the CH Media Academy and a lecturer in media, communication and performance. The editorial management of "Widmerei" is the responsibility of producer Selina Urech, who is supported by CH Media's newspaper editors.
