Activities of TX Markets combined in own umbrella company
In 2020, the new decentralized organization of the TX Group was established with four largely independent companies. With this in mind and in order to further develop the independent image, TX Markets AG was created as of January 2021. Tx.markets will be launched to communicate the company's topics and its own vision.

According to a TX Group statement, TX Markets is to be one of the largest digital companies in Switzerland with a unique marketplace ecosystem and pursue a consistent growth strategy with its marketplaces. "We want to expand the leading positions of the individual brands and also invest in additional digital companies that either strengthen the existing marketplaces or complement the portfolio with innovative digital business models," Olivier Rihs, CEO of TX Markets, was quoted as saying in the release. "The formation of an umbrella company allows us more flexibility in implementing this strategy and simplifies future partnerships." At the same time, the company is working closer together internally across platforms to promote the exchange of know-how and best practices.
Website to make vision more visible
With the new corporate website Tx.markets important topics for the company such as technology, innovation, strategy and its own vision are to be made more visible. In the TX Markets blog, internal experts report on their projects, tasks and findings.

The stock corporation includes the marketplaces Ricardo, Homegate, and Tutti.ch, as well as the recruitment and job portal JobCloud as a joint venture with Ringier, and the vehicle platform Car For You as a joint venture with AXA. Dedicated advisory boards support the individual platforms in strategic matters.
