16,500 photo fans at Photo12
As Photo12 reports, the number of visitors increased once again this year despite the fine weather. Between January 13 and 17, 16,500 visitors came to get an overview of photography in Switzerland.
125 photographers showed their favorite pictures of 2011 at Photo12, and international stars such as Gary Knight, Juergen Teller and Brigitte Lacombe spoke about their work. Photo has thus consolidated its position as the largest and most important exhibition of Swiss photography.
For the first time this year, a printed catalog was published for the exhibition. Each exhibitor is presented in the catalog with a picture. The catalog was published by Krauthammer Verlag and is available at Orell Füssli on Füsslistrasse in 8001 Zurich.
