Youtube speaker Lars Krüger at the TV 2.0 Summit
The second edition of the TV 2.0 Summit will once again bring together opinion leaders and experts from the national and international TV scene. The highlight will be the international afternoon session featuring Donata Hopfen (Bild.de), Vasilis Sefereidis (Samsung), and Lars Krüger (YouTube).
On November 29, 2012, the second TV 2.0 Summit will take place in Zurich's Kaufleuten. Once again, opinion leaders and experts from the national and international TV scene will meet in Zurich to debate business models, strategies and marketing concepts in the TV business of the future, among other things, or to discuss which TV technologies will prevail in the future.
A highlight will be the international afternoon block. Lars Krüger, for example, will be one of the speakers from YouTube. He is at the forefront of TV development at the world's largest video portal. Youtube has just communicated the launch of the "Original Channels" in Germany and the optimization of Content ID - steps that let Youtube become a serious opponent of the classic TV stations in the fight for advertising money. "With speakers from Youtube, Samsung or even Bild.de, we deliberately want to look beyond the borders - the international orientation is important for Swiss media houses," explains Marco Demont, initiator of the TV 2.0 Summit.
According to the announcement, only a few tickets are still available for the TV 2.0 Summit 2012 (Tv2summit.ch).
