Spread advertising virally with Storyfilter
NATIVE ADVERTISING At the end of 2014, the online news service "Storyfilter" launched a native advertising product. Viral packaging" distributes commercial content via social media - but not somehow.

If a story is told well, it spreads faster. As the name suggests, "Story filter" filter news from various sources and distributes it via Facebook and Twitter. With this filter, the service aims to simplify the life of a news junkie. Scouring the entire web and all news channels is time-consuming, but Storyfilter is not a classic news platform. The team has set itself the task of processing content in such a way that it entertains, surprises and creates emotional and inspiring experiences. The company also implements this approach in its new advertising offer.Advertising goes viralViral packaging has been around since the end of 2014. This is a company's way of maximizing shareability. Commercial content is rewritten, transformed - into a story that is spread via social media. And thus shared, liked and commented on.SOS Children's VillageOne example is the SOS Children's Villages campaign in collaboration with the Streuplan agency. "Everyone wants this family apartment in Zurich - but then they see the children's room" is the title. It then briefly explains what it is about and then shows the campaign video:
