Weight Watchers remains loyal to MEC
MEC Switzerland successfully defends its business with existing customer Weight Watchers.
The LSA agency MEC Switzerland successfully defends its business with existing client Weight Watchers. MEC prevailed in a transnational pitch and was even able to win new business. MEC is now also taking over all of the brand's online activities, including the performance business.
Weight Watchers has been working with MEC since 2005, to date mainly for the media channels TV, radio, print and outdoor. In June, Weight Watchers and Ebiquity, an independent marketing consultancy, invited four agencies to pitch. The aim of the tender was to achieve synergies in intra- and intermedia management and to create integrated communication planning across all contact points with one partner in the future.
