Velvet: poster and advertising clip for design & art

The Lucerne-based agency Velvet is designing the posters and a matching promotional video for the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts – Design & Art’s student exhibition. What stands out is that every poster looks different; each one is one-of-a-kind.

Look at! Those who study at the Lucerne School of Art & Design learn to look at the world with open eyes. The Werkschau is the annual diploma exhibition of the Lucerne School of Art & Design. For ten days at the end of June, all the final projects of the Bachelor's and Master's graduates are presented to the public at the Lucerne Exhibition Center.

Velvet develops the posters for this year's Werkschau Design & Kunst. The posters for the Werkschau can be seen in Lucerne starting today. The striking thing: Each poster looks different, each is unique. But how did the blobs on the posters come about? The film, which is used as an accompanying communication, shows possible answers in a humorous way. The advertising clip, which was developed in collaboration with students from the Camera Arts department of the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts - Design & Art, will be shown in selected cinemas and eBoards. The show of works will take place from Saturday, June 20 to 28 at the Lucerne Exhibition Center. The exhibition of Master of Arts in Fine Arts from June 13 to 28 in Lachen & Pfäffikon SZ.
