Buy Thurgauer Werd Verlag
Tamedia Book Publishing is divesting itself of its book division.
The Kreuzlingen-based printing and publishing company Bodan AG acquired a majority stake in Werd Verlag at the end of March. Bodan CFO Urban Ruckstuhl and Gregory Zäch, owner of Zurich-based Midas Verlag, are also directly involved. Zäch managed Werd Verlag from September 2004 to the end of February 2005 and is once again taking over the operational management. Bodan AG, which like Thurgauer Tagblatt AG is majority-owned by the Ruckstuhl family, is also acquiring a significant minority stake in Midas Verlag at the same time.
