Thjnk Zurich for CKW: galactic-curious campaign for employer branding

Thjnk Zurich emerged victorious in the pitch for CKW’s employer branding account. The collaboration is now kicking off with a galactically quirky campaign—in which CKW employees and two helpless aliens take the lead roles.

The extraterrestrials are completely overwhelmed by the technical problems in their spaceship and urgently need the active support of CKW's solar, grid and electrical installation professionals.

Five short stories show how two CKW employees help the aliens with the wiring of the spaceship or replace broken solar panels. With these commercials, CKW wants to position itself as a likeable employer, differentiate itself in employer branding and arouse interest in a career with the company.

The campaign was launched on January 4. It consists of several online spots and is flanked by display and social ads.

CKW is part of the Axpo Group and a leading Swiss provider of integrated energy and building technology solutions.
