the insource: New collective strengthens communication teams from within

Experts from the fields of strategy, creation, branded content, UI & UX design, artificial intelligence and appearance expertise want to make internal communication teams and marketing departments fit for the future in a joint process.

The communications industry is under pressure - a shortage of skilled workers, technological upheaval and shrinking budgets require new solutions. The McKinsey State of Marketing Report 2024, among others, shows where these lie: "If you want to be successful in the long term during the crisis, you need to make targeted investments in the further development of your own teams." And this is exactly where the insource comes in.

From outsourcing to insourcing

"Today, we don't need more advice from outside, but finally empowerment from within. In-house expertise is more in demand than ever," says Pia Koller-Chlumetzky, strategy expert at the insource. Based on this conviction, the collective supports advertisers and companies in solving their communication challenges themselves in the long term. Whether start-ups, SMEs or large companies - the insource anchors the specialist knowledge of its experts permanently in the company with individual training formats and strategic sparring at eye level.

This new approach requires a new set-up, which is why the insource does not operate as an agency. "The merger of our independent and, above all, highly experienced experts enables us to respond flexibly to the challenges of the market," explains Wolfgang Bark. "In addition, we are still fully involved in our individual projects and are constantly expanding our specialist knowledge, which we don't want to gatekeep," adds Julia Fischhaber.

The experts in Zurich and Vorarlberg are now open for inquiries in Switzerland and Austria. Further information here.
