Swiss CRM Forum: New owner and continuity

Stephan Isenschmid (51), business economist and long-standing IT entrepreneur, is taking over all rights to the Swiss CRM Forum from Community Building Company (CBC), based in Dübendorf, as of October 1, 2012, according to a press release. The rights will be transferred to the new company Swiss CRM Institute based in Inwil/Lucerne, which is solely owned by Stephan Isenschmid. In addition to Stephan Isenschmid, Christoph Oggenfuss (62), engineer/business economist, who has been involved in front-office performance in various management positions for 25 years and has run his own consulting firm (Markiting) since January 1, 2012, will also join the company's Board of Directors.

"This transaction will ensure continuity at the Swiss CRM Forum and the 13th edition of the highly regarded specialist forum on June 20, 2013 can be driven forward with determination. Stephan Isenschmid will contribute his experience in aspects of marketing, cooperation and structural partner management in addition to the content and organization of the forum," Urs Buner continues.

The two formats Swiss Leadership Forum (November 8, 2012) and Swiss CRM Forum (June 20, 2013) complement each other perfectly and there is significant synergy potential. Some partners are involved in both formats and the ZHAW School of Management and Law is an academic partner of both forums," says Stephan Isenschmid, President of the Board of Directors of the Swiss CRM Institute.

The next Swiss CRM Forum will take place on June 20, 2013 at the Hallenstadion in Zurich.
