SNK: Commitment to fair housing in a nutshell
SNK sharpens the brand positioning for Logis Suisse and develops the new corporate identity as well as key communications for print and web.
As a non-profit housing developer, Logis Suisse has been committed to affordable and needs-based housing throughout German-speaking Switzerland for over 40 years. As a responsible owner of a broad portfolio of properties, Logis Suisse is active throughout the entire life cycle of the properties, always acting in accordance with fundamental social and ecological values.
SNK supported Logis Suisse in sharpening its unique positioning in the highly competitive real estate environment with well-known GU/TUs, pension funds and real estate funds as well as building cooperatives. To this end, SNK worked closely with management and the board of directors to develop a vision and the positioning "Fair Living Space" as well as the brand identity and key messages for the various target groups.
On this basis, SNK created the corporate design including logo and claim. The new logo thematizes the multifaceted nature of living space in an open, forward-looking way. The new colors are fresh and lively and at the same time create a link to the history of Logis Suisse. Building on this, the first target-group-specific brochures and the responsive website Logis.ch implemented. Compact, pragmatic CI guidelines ensure consistent application of the new look.
