SFLB: Two mountain people sent to the city for Switzerland Tourism
Switzerland Tourism's international summer campaign was launched on Monday. One of the heavyweights are the cities. These are being promoted with a film created by SFLB and shot by Michael Fueter, in which two mountain people visit a city for the first time.
The main actors are again the two "Stone chunk carrier" Sebi Küttel and Paul Betschart. In the new spot by Spillmann/Felser/Leo Burnett, they visit a Swiss city for the first time: The two mountain people drive there in an old Rapid and experience a completely different world from their usual one: They visit museums, eat in fancy restaurants, visit the swimming pool, buy underwear for their wives and enjoy the nightlife in detail at a late hour - until they drive back to the countryside early in the morning. With the spot, Switzerland Tourism wants to show how diverse Swiss cities are - from museums to exciting nightlife, you can simply find it all.

Sebi and Paul - two mountain people as advertising stars
Sebi Küttel and Paul Betschart are two genuine Central Swiss outdoorsmen. Betschart is a mountain farmer, Sebi Küttel works at the Rigibahn. And what's more - according to Peter Brönnimann, Executive Creative Director at SFLB - they are not only nature boys, but also natural acting talents. During filming, he says, they also realized that the story of the two mountain men in the city was truly authentic. Brönnimann: "For example, Paul Betschart, who is a mountain farmer in Muotathal, said after filming in Geneva's city pool: "Eh, now I've been to a pool after all."" It was actually the first time Betschart had been to a swimming pool.
Sebi and Paul will not only be encountered in the city spot this summer, but also on other measures. For example, they will be used as protagonists for the partnership between Switzerland Tourism and UBS. In addition, they can be seen in a new, interactive film on MySwitzerland.com from mid-May.
The city film will be used in Switzerland as a 58-second TV spot, but will also be used internationally - including in England, Germany, France, Portugal, Spain, Russia and China.
