Switzerland Tourism wants to attract more wedding guests to the country
Many people—especially those from abroad—are willing to spend a lot of money on their wedding celebrations. Switzerland now hopes to capitalize on this trend to a greater extent. The industry association Switzerland Tourism has therefore entered into a partnership with the «Engaged - Wedding Planning» community.
The move is intended to intensify the marketing of Switzerland as a wedding destination, according to a press release issued on Thursday. According to the statement, the cooperation has been in place since July. A new campaign was launched in February 2019 to position Switzerland as a wedding destination.
The Engaged community consists of Swiss wedding planners and professional service providers in the industry. (SDA)
