Ruf Lanz: Staying on the ball for Suva

Every year, more than 60,000 people in Switzerland are injured while playing with a ball. That's why Suva has launched the new "Sport Basics" prevention program. The campaign for it comes from Ruf Lanz.

Since 2002, the creative agency has been responsible for the prevention campaigns of Suva's offer brand "Suva Liv". The latest campaign shows a ball sportsman from a perspective so that the ball is also perceived as a bed cover. The subject is used on advertisements, posters, postcards and online.

With the prevention program, Suva aims to reduce the risk of accidents by around ten percent by 2014. This means that around 6,000 accidents are to be prevented over the next four years. The "Sport Basics" training program was developed in collaboration with sports physician Kerstin Warnke and the five major ball sports associations.
